All Sales Are Final
At Nationwide Trailers, LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, please note that all sales are final. Under certain conditions, we may accept returns subject to the following policy:
- Authorization:
- All returns must be authorized by Nationwide Trailers, LLC prior to being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Return Period:
- Returns must be initiated and shipped back to Nationwide Trailers, LLC within 3 days of the purchase receipt date.
- Condition of Items:
- Returned items must be in new condition, unused, and must include all original accessories, attachments, and documentation.
- Shipping Charges:
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items.
- Restocking Fee:
- Returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original purchase price. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund Process:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the remaining balance, after the restocking fee, will be credited back to the original payment method.

Authorization and Condition:
- Return Authorization:
- All returned items must be authorized by Nationwide Trailers, LLC prior to being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Condition of Items:
- Returned items must be in new condition, unused, and must include all original accessories, attachments, and documentation.
- Return Period:
- Returns must be initiated and shipped back to Nationwide Trailers, LLC within 10 days of receipt.
- Electrical Parts:
- No returns will be accepted for electrical parts.
- Shipping Charges:
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items.
- Restocking Fee:
- Returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original purchase price. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Incorrect Item:
- If Nationwide Trailers, LLC shipped an incorrect item, no extra charges will be incurred. Nationwide Trailers, LLC will replace incorrect items and cover the additional shipping charges.
- Customer Error:
- Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for another item with no restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charges. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.
- Return Shipping Instructions:
- All returns must be sent prepaid via UPS or US Postal Service. Insure the shipment for the full value of the purchase. Please use the original packaging. Nationwide Trailers, LLC is not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
- Return/Exchange Instructions:
- Documentation: – Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions.
- Return Address:
- Send exchanges and returns to the original shipping address unless otherwise authorized.
Note: This policy applies only under specific conditions, and Nationwide Trailers, LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the above criteria.
