Shipping and Handling
Shipping of trailers is available to our customers. Call your dealership salesperson for shipping rates.
You will be notified if there is an increase in the shipping charge for your order prior to billing and shipping.
Shipment By UPS:
For parts purchases we ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied.
Delivery Time: Please allow 3-12 business days for delivery of items not backordered. Due to COVID 19 issues shipping may be delayed. We currently do not offer shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or International Orders.
Consolidated Shipments: Complete orders will be shipped together when possible.
Returns and Exchanges
Returned items must be authorized prior to return. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be in new condition and must include all accessories and attachments, and documentation. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
Returns must be authorized by Nationwide Trailers and may incur a re-stocking fee of no more than 15%. This fee will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.
Incorrect Item: If we shipped an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
Customer Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for another item with no restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.
Return Shipping Instructions: All returns must be sent prepaid via UPS or US Postal Service. Insure shipment for the full value of the purchase. Please use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to dealership.
Sales tax is charged on all purchases when required by law.
Backorders: If an item is not currently in stock and it is backordered, you may request to be notified by email. We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
Privacy and Security
We guarantee your privacy and security over the web, with all transactions and web interactions utilizing an SSL secure server connection. Verisign, Inc., provides our Secure Server Certificate. All credit applications are sent to us via a secure server. This information is only shared with a lender for the purpose of obtaining financing.
How We May Use the Information
The information gathered may be shared with other entities for commercial uses. Information that may be shared includes name, address, phone number, email address, search and buying habits, and other information.
Information Not Shared
This site does not maintain or share financial information. Credit card information, social security information, or other financial information is not collected by this website except within secure credit applications. When this information is shared by the user it will never be made public or revealed to any other entity with the exception of law enforcement agencies when required. The provider of such information gives express permission to use it in fraud investigation or for litigation.
Managing Tracking Preferences in your browser
Most browsers will allow users to manage how cookies are used as you browse and also to clear cookies and browsing data. You can also limit the information gathered for the purpose of serving relevant ads to the user on other websites. You will still see ads, but they will not relate to your search or web viewing habits.
