Acceptance of Orders

The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Nationwide Trailers reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. By placing a credit card order, the customer grants Nationwide Trailers permission to contact their bank to verify name and address.

Nationwide Trailers Messaging Programs

These messaging terms apply to Nationwide Trailers and its operating brands, including JacksSons Trailers. The Nationwide Trailers or operating-brand name displayed at the point of opt-in identifies the sender and program to which you are consenting. Messages may be sent by RCS, SMS, or MMS.

One-to-One Customer Care and Sales Follow-Up Program

When you contact Nationwide Trailers or an identified operating brand by text, phone, or website form and ask us to respond, we may send direct replies and reasonable one-to-one follow-ups about that same inquiry or transaction. Messages may include inventory availability and pricing, requested sales follow-up, appointment or service coordination, finance application status, and purchase or delivery updates. We do not use this program for recurring bulk SMS marketing.

A prior phone number or old lead record alone is not consent for a new subject. If a significant amount of time has passed or the subject of the conversation changes, we seek renewed consent before continuing by text.

Message frequency varies.

Requested Listing Program

When you request a trailer by text, Nationwide Trailers sends one SMS verification code and, after successful verification, one requested trailer listing message by RCS or SMS. This request does not enroll you in recurring marketing messages.

Message frequency: two messages per request.

Terms Applicable to Both Programs

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out request.
• Reply HELP for help or call 1-866-931-3001 or email marketing@nationwidetrailers.com.
• Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
• If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please update your preferences or contact us.
• Review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Consent to receive messages is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services. Data obtained in connection with a messaging program may include your mobile number, carrier name, messaging consent records, and the date, time, and content of your messages. We use this information to operate the program and provide the communications you request.

Changes to Terms

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. If we make material changes, we may notify active program participants by a message sent to the mobile number used to opt in.
