Trailer Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of trailer sales, we do not accept returns or exchanges on trailers. If you have an issue or concern with your trailer, please contact our team so we can work with you to find a solution.

Parts Return Policy

Most parts may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

• A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible parts returns.
• Electrical components and special-order parts are non-returnable.
• Parts that have been installed, used, damaged, or altered cannot be returned.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• Cash refunds will be issued by check from our home office and mailed to the customer address on file.
