Josh was great help! For our first time getting a trailer the experience was smooth and very easy! I was nervous til I sat down to do paperwork and Josh made it as smooth as possible!

They did warranty work for me. Work I shouldn't have needed but... I purchased my cargo trailer from company down south while working out east. Weird yes, but iz what it iz! Anyway while in Illinois area, we found Nationwide. Dealt w/Devin, awesome guy, very personable & incredibly courteous. Nationwide did fantastic job. We have an issue that still needs addressed but Devin has made notes for that repair. Right now they def get a👍, and I wuld recommend this company, *****. "Yes, do business with them". We will visit them in the future if there's need.

I chose Jackson’s sole bases on the service provided by Will and his team. The trailer I bought was less quality than others (chip board interior, no bar lock on the door) but due to Wills service I chose the lessor trailer!
