X-ON service — FAQs
Do you handle X-ON warranty work?
Yes — our service departments are factory-authorized for X-ON warranty claims. We document the issue, submit the claim to X-ON for you and complete the approved repair in-house.
What should I service on my X-ON trailer each year?
A yearly once-over covers bearing repack, brake adjustment, tire and wheel-torque check, lights and coupler. It’s cheap insurance — we do it as a single flat-rate inspection.
Can you fix trailer lights that cut in and out?
Intermittent lights are almost always a ground, plug or chafed wire. We run a full wiring diagnosis and repair it flat-rate — most light jobs are same-day.
Do you service X-ON trailers purchased elsewhere?
We do — bring any X-ON enclosed, car hauler or utility trailer to any of our service locations, wherever you bought it.
