Can you do PJ Trailers warranty work?
Yes, our service departments are factory-authorized for PJ warranty repairs. Bring your trailer’s VIN and we’ll inspect the issue, document it and submit the warranty claim to PJ for you, then complete the approved repair in our shop.
Do you use genuine PJ parts?
We order genuine PJ replacement parts direct (gates, fenders, hoist components, jacks and hardware) so warranty repairs stay covered and the trailer stays right.
I didn’t buy my PJ trailer from Nationwide. Will you still service it?
Absolutely. We service PJ trailers no matter where you bought them, and we can still file warranty-eligible repairs with PJ on your behalf.
Which PJ trailers do you work on?
Every pickup-towed PJ: dump, flatbed, tilt, car hauler, equipment and gooseneck models. We don’t service semi-trailers or box trucks.
