These folks are great! Went in with an idea and came out so much better informed. They talked to us about products and PJ’s did it for us! Jason in Sales was wonderful and helped us every step of the way. These folks are helpful and take their time. If you need a trailer or service call these guys. They won’t do you wrong!!!
Great experience. Not pushy, answered all questions. Got home w trailer, int lights would not come on . . . Turns out my 2019 F150 has peculiar 12v management logic. They took time to figure out and repair while I was there. Spectacular service. Thanks nationwide !

I had an emergency repair for a trailer where the brake system had completely failed on the trailer. I use my trailer commercially so not only getting it repaired correctly, but time was a huge factor so that I could get back up and running again to take care of my customers. Brad the service manager was super friendly and nothing but first class and professional all the way. He treated me with respect and was knowledgeable and had estimated repair costs for me immediately after surveying the repair. Brad worked out a plan to get the trailer repaired and gave me a timeline as to when the trailer would be ready. Not only was the trailer repaired quickly and timely, but it was done and ready to go sooner than estimated and exceeded my expectations as to when it would be fixed and ready for pickup. As far as the repair on the trailer Ronnie the fabricator/mechanic that worked on the trailer was awesome!! He not only fixed the trailer but fabricated a new part to fix the original problem on the trailer that broke in the first place. He worked diligently to get it done and finished sooner than expected. Trailer looks better than new and all my safety issues have been taken care of and expectations more than exceeded and met. There are many trailer repair shops in the DFW area, but I highly recommend this shop and this group. Professional, courteous, and hard workers that do what they say and say what they do!! these days its hard to find hard working and courteous people that are honest and professional and just plain nice. I highly recommend their services and Nationwide Trailers have a new customer for life.
