This is my second experience at this place. This time, Coty was super awesome. Answered my questions and helped me get the correct parts for my trailer. While he was getting my parts, the other 2 gentlemen behind the counter where keeping me company by making conversation with me. Matter of fact, one of them put his phone down to talk to me. I hate that I didn't ask for their names. I got all the parts I knew I need it. Coty did not try push an upsale, instead, he asked me if I had everything I need and proceeded to mentioned parts. I did have everything, but the amount of attention he put on my sale before we finalized the transaction was super awesome. I drove 30 miles from Plano TX just because I like the service here. I pass a couple of shops and trailer places, but I am not stopping until I get to this place. Thanks Coty and team. You guys rock.

Did some shopping for a dump trailer in the KC and surrounding areas and was having difficulty finding one that aligned with my needs. I found Nationwide online and found what I was looking for, talked to Crystal, and she was very pleasant to work with. She explained in detail the differences between a couple trailers I had in mind and did not try to upsell or pressure in any way. Giving about 30 minutes notice, I arrived at Nationwide to purchase the trailer. I was greeted by a friendly staff that guided me directly to Crystal and she took me to see the trailer and go over all the details and operation. Prior to my arrival, the trailer had already been prepped and functionally tested. Overall the entire process took less than an hour (even with my in-depth questions). I highly recommend doing business with Nationwide and will contact them 1st when shopping for trailers or accessories in the future. I had the best experience at Nationwide trailers! I took my two horse trailer in for service, it had been a couple of years. They found that I needed a new brake job, which made sense since I didn’t feel them catch on the way hauling it in. They were quick to diagnose, great with the communication with me, and they did quick, quality work. I am so grateful! I picked up a PJ trailer from Benny about a year ago. It was a great experience. About a week ago, I was passing through the area and was having a lighting issue on my trailer. I pulled in, and Cory came out and diagnosed a faulty connection at the plug immediately. He had Charles install the new plug. When he had finished the installation, he was checking for proper operation and found another short inside the frame! He was able to locate and repair it in minutes, with the repair preventing a return of the problem! This would have caused a major issue in the field. I had always planned to buy trailers at this store in the future, and now I'll make every effort to get there for maintenance, too. Thank you so much!

I bought a trailer on the Friday before Labor Day and when I got home it didn’t fit my sxs. I called Mike the general manger at the Kansas City (oak grove) location and he set me up with Corey Hansen and he got everything figured out for me.i paid the difference and was back on the road with the correct trailer this time. I wasn’t sure about a big trailer company like nationwide but I am very pleased with the service and the way they conduct business. I will be buying my next trailer from Corey for sure

What an excellent experience when I visited your store in Van Alstyne, Texas today, August 16, 2025. I am interested in purchasing a trailer hitch for my F-350 truck. Awesome customer service!!! You couldn't ask for better and fast service!!! They even stayed after hours to get me on the road with my new trailer!!! Needed a trailer that day and started looking that day. Finished the financial process and application in 30 minutes. I found them by Google at 1pm. I called and left with my trailer by 6pm. They waited while my son in law drove an hour to swap truck because his truck is bigger. I bought a 20 ft trailer!!! Thanks Matt and the parts department sold and installed the correct size of ball on my son in law's truck. They took the old smaller one off and installed the bigger one. The leveled the trailer to the truck!!! Hands down, best service!!!

I recently purchased an enclosed cargo trailer from Nationwide Trailers in Tulsa, Oklahoma. David Moore was my sales person. I found David to be patient, non pushy, and focused on what my family and my specific needs were for the use of this item of equipment. David listened, then asked questions to clarify. After that he provided expert suggestions for the model and potential modifications that might be useful to me. He took detailed measurements of the planned location of equipment anchor points and scheduled the date for customization. He also personally introduced me to Alan Degiacomo , the service manager, and we again covered in detail the modifications. All work was done to the promised specifications and ahead of schedule. All work was completed in a professional manner and an inspection was completed with me and they were all available for questions . I and my family are very pleased with our trailer and recommend the people at Nationwide Trailers . I feel like I was treated respectfully and recieved a product of great quality. In addition a one year maintenence inspection was provided for the future. In summary.... I'm very happy with my cargo trailer!

I absolutely love this store. Great Team they have and they all go above and beyond to help me out which I greatly appreciate. I’ve been going to them for years and will continue to. I hope they bring Keith back. He helped me out every time my trailers needed work/servicing. I don’t know why he was terminated out of the blue.

We purchased a 7x16 dump trailer from Dominick at the OKC store and I’ll say thus , VERY VERY HELPFUL and fast service, VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, we bought the trailer Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning at 9 it was at our house, VERY HAPPY. I had an exceptional experience with this company. They held the trailer for me for several days while my bank processed the funds transfer. I purchased a Spartan enclosed trailer. These individuals truly exceeded my expectations. My truck had some electrical issues when I connected the lights. They assisted me in diagnosing the problem and getting me back on the road.

Benny was great to order me this custom trailer. The pick up process was seamless. Andrew in the yard was excellent at getting me loaded up and ready to go.

This guy hired us to do the painting of the exterior of their building, they were very patient with us considering the weather. We saw these guys working in their garages and they work very diligently and fast. I would definitely recommend nationwide trailers!

Amazingly clean shop and fully organized store. The parts counter attendant wrote down part numbers and gave me pricing before I arrived and had everything organized and pulled. Very knowledgeable guy. He directed me to the proper parts as I didn’t know exactly what I needed. When I came to get the parts he made time to install a new tire for me on the spot to repair my trailer. I will definitely spread the word to everyone needing trailer parts.

I had an unusual requirement for a trailer connection. While they didn't stock the adapter I needed, they wisely steered me to the parts I needed to fabricate my own which succeeded and I was able to pick up my load on time and have proper powering for lights and brakes. Great experience purchasing a 36' Lonestar gooseneck. Shonna was beyond awesome. Even swapped out a ramp when they discovered it was twisted. No problems during 1200 mile drive home.

I’m a hotshot from Oregon and broke a leaf spring on my 32ft trailer, I drove right in, no appointment not even a call to see if they could help me, as soon as I walked in they jumped on it, Brian the GM was calling to get my warranty info from Oregon, making sure they had the part, above and beyond. So I unhook the trailer and went to the store. I assumed it would a day or two to get everything done, I took two phone calls didn’t even get in the store and I get a call from Jordan there service manager and they already had it fixed! As a hotshot time is money and they saved me both, great service, nice people! I would recommend to everyone!
