Bought a trailer from the Glendale location working with Jordan. The process was incredibly easy and they were friendly and easy to do business with. When looking to buy a trailer one requirement was to ensure it fit in our garage, they went out if their way to make sure this fit. Prior to purchasing (as the purchase was contingent on it fitting) they transferred the trailer from the Mesa location and then, the sales manager had brought it to our place and made sure it fit. The height was extremely close and because it did fit, we purchased it. If it hadn’t been for them going out of their way to ensure it would work, we wouldn’t have made the purchase as there was a lot of doubt. Measurements are measurements and then there is a reality of a sloped driveway that gave doubt. Would recommend people do business here!

I never owned a trailer before and had no idea what I was doing but David welcomed me being very patient and understanding, answering all of my questions, recommending me the correct parts I needed and was extremely comprehensive in explaining how everything works. I left with exactly what I needed and confidence to tow it anywhere. David also took the time to answer any questions I had over the phone after purchasing. This was my first time buying a trailer from here. What a great experience I tell ya!💯. I needed a new trailer to pull my 2026 Kawasaki KRX 1000 4 seater behind my 40 ft diesel pusher motorhome and this trailer matches the paint on my motorhome perfectly and my SXS fits perfectly. This purchase was 99.9% done online late Sunday night. Monday morning at 5:30am I got a text saying they open at 8:00 a.m. and they'll get started on everything. The next text I got was saying everything is done and I can head down and pick up my trailer. When I got there I met with Ryan for not even 5 minutes we were done with the paperwork and I was headed out to hook up my new trailer. Ryan thank you for the speedy no BS experience which is just how I like it!👍
